How drywall lift sizing works
Weight estimate, height classes, and when NO_MATCH is the honest answer.
Drywall panel lift sizing
Enter ceiling height, sheet thickness, length, and width. Get the smallest 11 or 16 ft / 150 lb class — or NO_MATCH when weight, size, or height exceed this ladder.
Estimate panel lb ≈ width × length × psf (1/2 in ≈ 1.7 · 5/8 in ≈ 2.3). Match smallest lift whose max height ≥ ceiling within the 150 lb / 4×16 ft envelope. Classes: 11 · 16 ft. Overweight, oversize, or height >16 → NO_MATCH.
